General Delivery info
Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day from Hyderabad. Free standard shipping is offered on:
– DOMESTIC orders > ₹1000
– INTERNATIONAL orders > ₹5000Â
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of India, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions)
Please note we will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.
If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is still available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
TARAIQ Perfumes ships worldwide. Outside INDIA, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of order receipt.
Once we receive your return, we’ll check that the item is in its original condition before issuing your refund or replacement. Please note that for a refund to be approved, the product and its packaging must be returned complete and without any damage.
We kindly request that you shoot an unboxing video as proof to indicate a damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a return pickup at no additional cost.
Please ensure the product is Unused, securely packed, and returned in its original condition along with the box and invoice.
Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 5 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Products returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
